Shut Down Volume 2 is the fifth studio album by The Beach Boys, and the first of four they would release in 1964. Many Beach Boys purists may look at 1964's Shut Down Volume 2 as another one of their average early releases, the way I listen to this album it sounds like a very good transitional effort.
