Album

Summerland is the fourth album by Australian hip hop band The Herd and was released on 24 May 2008. The Herd announced its new album in March 2008, in early May of that year the first single from the album, The King is Dead, received radio airplay, it makes reference to Australia's change in government with John Howard being replaced after 11 years as Prime Minister by Kevin Rudd. The Octopus is the third studio album of the Manchester space rock band Amplifier. The format of the album is double CD. It was released to fans online in December 2010 and was commercially released in January 2011. In reviewing the album, the BBC stated that it was an album that commands respects and time to be afforded to it, but the rewards are plentiful. If two discs seem slightly overwhelming at first, then the other perspective is that there is so much quality to digest here that your value for. Artist: Octopus. Album: Octopus: Greatest Hits, 2010. Things That Are Safe to Throw. Things That Are Not Safe to Throw. Released: Apr 2010. Summerland encapsulates the meaning behind the quintet's monicker. Expansive and more varied on all fronts, it represents the constant evolution that goes along with the soul's quest for ascension, resulting in a bedazzling mix of dark and post rock, Midde Eastern flourishes, psychedelia and metal. Each track displays its own identity within a loose thematic frame as summarized in the climactic title track: the struggle to find a place in this world, reaching some ultimate state mind, ecstatic pleasure and reincarnation, also inspired by Richard Matheson's novel &quo. Returning to Gentle Giant's fourth album after any kind of lengthy absence, it's astonishing just how little Octopus has dated. Octopus, however, marries the two seamlessly, with the cover speaking for itself, of course. Summerland - Shadows and Mirrors. Исполнитель: Shadows and Mirrors. 2017 electronic
