Album

Secrets is the eighth studio album recorded by British synthpop band The Human League. It was issued in 2001 by Papillon Records and was the Human League's first studio album in six years. The album was well-received by critics but performed poorly commercially. Experience The Human League on Half Speed Vinyl or Deluxe CD Album: https. Brenda Russell - Piano In The Dark Official Video. The Human League are an English synth-pop band currently made up of Philip Oakey, Joanne Catherall and Susan Ann Sulley. The group have been through various line-ups and at their largest had seven members, while lead singer and songwriter Philip Oakley has stuck around for the duration. They have released nine studio albums and various greatest hits collections, and have amassed multiple Top 40 albums including a Number 1 with Dare. Human emotions were timeless, the League seemed to say. Only the technologies that conveyed them changed. But Ware and Marshs departure in 1980 left Oakey without even that bed of technology. So Wright was promoted to occasional synth player, and he and Oakey searched the Sheffield streets for new band members. But the aesthetic and commercial successes of Dare were unrepeatable the Human League could never be as unaware of the music they were making ever again. Its the unconsciousness, that not knowing, that makes the record so great, that makes it sound like its beamed in from some vast emptiness. Human League still blast away on Secrets. The remixed Dare album in all its glorious forms, has to be the best ever from Human League. Secrets should be in second place, and Phil's solo adventures in third. The 'League' story makes interesting reading. This album is The Human League's best complete album since 1981's breakthrough Dare. They've had a lot of great songs here and there, but some of the albums had weak filler tracks in between the hits. Unfortunately this band has very, very bad luck. Город: Sheffield
