Moog Modular V. Just better. The Moog synthesizer gained wider attention in the music industry after it was demonstrated at the Monterey International Pop Festival in 1967. 1967, through contacts at the Columbia-Princeton Center, Moog met Walter Carlos, a recording engineer at New York's studio Gotham Recording and a former student of Vladimir Ussachevsky. Carlos was then building an electronic music system and began ordering Moog modules

This record was the first to feature my beloved System 100M Roland Modular System which NEVER fails to deliver the sickest electronic sounds as featured on this EP

I'm in love. Anybody got like all the catalog from this label? Proper techno the way it was meant to be created. Full of spaced out analog manipulation. Real analog manipulation, not semi-modulated minimalism to the extent of post-1995 tracks. I could just see the producers twisting knobs in the filter section of some old synthesizer using modulations in different ways... Unlike the same old 303 tweekage you began to hear so much of later. 303's are cool to be sure, but so are the myriad OTHER synths available with filter knobs (and OTHER drum machines besides ONLY the 808/909) and modulation sections... Could be a Yamaha SK-20, Roland SH-101, Oberheim OB-8, Roland Jupiter 6 or 8... MANY others! There's more than just Roland TR-808/909/TB-303...

It was probably made with a Moog modular and or a ARP 2600. 2 synth's Freddie Fresh used a lot back then.
