"Welcome to our first lp... side A was supposed to be released as a 7" on Relapse records but things fucked up and we're all happy of it. We wanted to keep our material d.i.y. and far from rip pff comercial business & asshole (hi bill!) that sell stuff at ultra inflated prices and that rip off many or some buyers. Anyway, many pseudo-big labels don't really give a fuck about bands that run their things by themselves. Where the fuck he started Relapse? In the underground so... Side a was recorded in october 1996 at bob kohl studio and the side b contains trax that you can only find on our demo as they are left over (we don't play them anymore) and you'll not hear any other versions of these songs from our actual lineup. These trax were recorded on january '96. A friend of us (chouin) is doing a homepage of us for free so you can pick up things that you may want there, the address is: http://www.clic.net/~chouin/dahmer. Many new split 7" should be out soon so check your flyers or the net (by the way, seb's e-mail is: [email protected]) Again, if you're racist, you should not hold this LP in your hands. We play total Master Billy Grind! Homophobes: we're three gays. Keep it cheap ($$$)!!!
Huge thanx go to: Will from Clean Plate and all friends we have around the globe. You definitely know who you are."

Dahmer was fucking underrated and its a shame their gospel of perversion was never spread properly. Advanced search. Matrix, Runout Side A: CP 17 A Dahmer To Grind. Looking for the insert of this (or a copy),
thank you!
Not only is this one of the best records of all time from the country of Canada, but this is one of the best Grindcore records ever made. Right off the bat the cover art is perfect, saved by the band to unleash at their seminal moment, their LP. Cover art depicts police photos of one of Dahmer's victim's dismembered body parts sets the grim tone of this record. Back cover inscribes how the band got Screwed by Relapse records, Dahmer were a band that would never compromise themselves to fit the mold so to speak...
The songs on this album are the culmination of Dahmer's carrier long pursuit of distinct songwriting style. Each of the 20 songs on this record are delivered with Dahmer's trademark sound; incredibly tight blastbeat drumming, baritone guitar, coherent and simplistic song structures with repeating choruses, and completely inhuman vocals. This record's perfection is on par with Terrorizer's World Downfall LP and even though the Dahmer album came 10 years later, Dahmer was a fully functioning entity during their reign and not a one off studio project recycling songs from their previous incarnation, which was Deche Charge, among other projects. Furthermore, the sound, style, and image of the band succeeds in transcending their time-frame, Dahmer's vision was so specific, and so well delivered, it doesn't really matter what time period they are from. That really shows with this record. Dahmerized lives up to its title as it is the focal point of Dahmer's musical carrier, this record is an underrated masterpiece of Grindcore.
